Rodrigo Marroni is a visual artist born in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul.
He holds a BA in Photography from the Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan. His work centres on urban settings as a sensitive field dense with meaning. In 2016 he founded Casa Musgo, where he is director and resident artist — an independent space bringing together a production studio, exhibition gallery, shop for artists' works and rooms for workshops and courses. Casa Musgo aims to foster artistic production in the city and to provide a space for sharing work.
Artist biographies are translated from the collection's Portuguese records.
